Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the E2E development of insight-driven digital customer experiences from opportunity identification through concept, design, testing and deployment for the ThankYou Rewards site.
• Create and enhance site design, layout, content and navigation to provide a highly relevant and engaging site experience
• Partner with program management, agencies, vendors, and internal IT teams to scope, design, develop, and deploy new web site experiences
• Ensure all web experiences are optimized for key customer access points (mobile/tablets, etc.) and customer journeys
• Excellent communication skills. Storytelling ability to sell in ideas to all levels of management to gain buyin
• Adhere to operational controls and comply with Legal, Control and Compliance requirements

Skills/Qualifications:
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in Project/Program Management with an emphasis on digital expertise: digital marketing, website development and customer experience innovation
• Demonstrated thought leadership of digital strategy from concept, design, customer journey, to implementation/launch of digital marketing, web sites and/or mobile app experiences
• Ability to understand and translate complex business challenges and requirements into smart digital solutions
• Proven experience leveraging an integrated collection of technologies and methodologies to design captivating web site experiences across mobile and desktop
• Ability to analyze online trends and leverage site statistics and performance to influence future strategy and roadmap
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
• Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and the ability to combine storytelling and strategy with the ability to influence senior-level executives, external partners and colleagues and navigate across a diverse and complex organization
• Fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries; willing to break down functional silos to optimize business results and encourage the overall growth of the global franchise
• Excellent organizational and project management skills. Pragmatic problem-solver. Solutions oriented
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or strategy/consulting background preferred
