Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to work within our Global Digital Acquisition Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for working with our internal clients and external vendors to assist in: mapping the marketing data source from our channels and sub-channels, defining measurement strategies that align with the business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards supported by the tool; implementing the tool along with the vendor and agency, delivering monthly performance reports with actionable insight. The role will interact with all the regions: United States, Asia, EMEA and Mexico and their different lines of business to support their digital marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities will include:
Analytics Performance and Tool Implementation:
- Partner with regional digital marketing teams and MIM (Marketing Information Management) to develop and implement a tool which provides a globally unified marketing performance view for all digital channels across the bank, cards and lending/mortgage businesses
- Report on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics
- Partner with the vendor, global marketing channel managers, agency and other business stakeholders to implement the tool and to incent adoption by our stakeholders
- Identify potential capabilities within the tool to keep the regions up to date on the available capabilities and keep ongoing processes improvements discipline
- Effectively present findings to digital marketing team and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Analytics’ teams to align on insights

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science or related field required
- 5-8 years’ work experience in digital marketing analytics
- Work experience in Financial Services a plus
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills required
- Knowledge of passion for and experience working in digital marketing
- Experience in working within large-scale, highly matrixes corporate environment
- High level of experience working with digital marketing channel platforms and associated data/analytics (Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Doubleclick, Marin, Conductor),
- High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: Natural and paid search, affiliate, display and social
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a remarkable ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
- Ability to work collaboratively across our client’s international lines of business
- Excellent organization and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work in dynamic environment quickly adaption to changing priorities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
- Flexible approach; resilience to setbacks; creativity; sense of humor
