We are currently adding the following skillset to our roster of consultants.
The ideal consultant with have extensive digital marketing experience and the ability to successfully grow an existing presence in all digital channels. In addition the candidate should be effective in the development and execution of campaigns and enhancing digital acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in card or financial services marketing, and will have experience working within a matrixed organization. This role is ideally suited to an individual with strong organizational skills, and who has experience managing a project from start to finish.
- Background in digital marketing and acquisitions
- Marketing campaign development and execution
- Organized – ability to manage a program end-to-end, work with cross-functional teams, and keep projects on track. Project management skills a plus.
- Technology and Digital Platforms knowledge – consultants must have the ability to actively participate in a discussion around technical requirements, and have the ability to translate between technology, platforms, marketing and customer experience.
- Analytics background a plus. Ability to use insights from customer research and data to drive decisions, design, and improvements.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Proactive and responsive. Self-starter who can work collaboratively to achieve results.
