The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in marketing and or marketing communications in the financial services industry.  Highly motivated and results-oriented performer with the capacity to immediately excel and continuously develop over time. The ability to partner internally and externally is critical as you will be working with several cross functional teams and external vendors to implement marketing programs and ensure quality execution of marketing programs with strict adherence to timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred.
5 years of experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns, ideally within the financial services industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously and drive solutions to complex problems.
Ability to communicate marketing needs to development groups.
Strong analytical and adaptive thinker with capacity to solve unstructured problems.
Demonstrate a broad business mind set with proven capability to make sound decisions.
Excellent interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills.
Work with limited direction on most assignments, manage high workload with tight schedules.
Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries.
Solid working knowledge of the functional areas of our client's cards and how those areas impact the overall organization. 
Unique customer focus.  Strong record of achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approaches and to realize marketplace.
